Once again, Allen and I sincerely thank you for "everything" you did to help us sell another home.  As you know, we really had a sizable amount of non-refundable money deposited with the builder, so getting our home sold as quickly as possible was imperative.  Once again, we were so impressed by your work ethics.  No matter what time, day or holiday it is, you always make us feel like your top priority.  It seems like we always call you on Sunday's!!!!  You were thoroughly prepared with all the comps and paperwork; you got your photographer out immediately; you always delivered more brochures about an hour after we called; you returned our phone calls immediately and worked with an "absent agent" more times than you should have had to.  You managed to keep up with our deadlines as well as the buyer's for our sake.  Also, we were very impressed with the way your photographer's pictures came out so well on the INTERNET.  Some of the other homes we saw had poor quality photographs.  Ours looked great, so we felt like that really helped with the number of showings.  If you could thank her also, we would sure appreciate it.

We have not forgotten that you stayed up very late at night processing documents back and forth in order to expedite a possible sale.  You were put in a difficult situation, but still put everyone's best interest before your own profit.  Finally, your expertise in negotiating the very highest price just blew us away.  We were really happy and extremely grateful.  We would not have been able to get that price if you had not handled with such expertise.

Thanks for your efforts in finding our new home.  This is our fourth home purchase and the most difficult in locating a desired property.  Buying our first three homes was a simpler objective since the selection was more limited by our financial circumstances or immediate relocation need.  With the fourth home purchase our financial circumstances were far superior, and our objective was an upgrade with many particular desires and value; this made the search more difficult and time consuming.  We discovered other Realtors seemed to have limited patience for our desires.  Yolanda stuck through all of our challenges and achieved our goal.

I want to compliment you on your company and how you operate it. It´s one thing as a Realtor to run the MLS and present homes according to customer criteria (you´ve done that flawlessly). That´s expected from any reality firm.  It´s another to have the infrastructure of your website to trigger information. The information you send via the newsletter style format is excellent. The content alone makes for genuine customer service, offering related topics of interest, especially to families. It´s one thing to simply offer access to this information, but you push it before the customer making them aware that they should be aware. In your personal correspondences you stay close to the client (as you have me) for the homes you offer for consideration as well as general communication (like which car to take). Anyway, just my observations and how I appreciate your professionalism in how you manage of your company as well as customer service.
